How can I purchase a ticket?

You can obtain your tickets from our partner agencies located at the respective port from which you intend to depart.

When should I arrive at the port?

Both passengers and vehicles must be at the port 30 minutes before departure.

Which documents do I need?

A ticket is required, and in the case of a discounted fare, an identification card and the relevant supporting document for the discount must be presented.

Are there designated parking positions for vehicles?

Vehicle boarding follows a first-come, first-served order. For this reason, you are advised to arrive at the port early to secure your vehicle’s position on the ferry.

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

No, any type of vehicle can board the ferry.

Is there a luggage storage area?

Regarding your luggage, you may either leave it in your vehicle, keep it with you in the passenger areas of the ferry, or place it in the designated luggage storage area available on board.

Can I travel with my pet?

Of course, pets are welcome on our ferries! In indoor areas, they must remain in a special transport carrier in accordance with regulations, while on the outdoor deck areas, they may stay with you on a leash to move around safely.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and cash at our ticket offices.
